GLOBAL EVENTS ORGANIZATION S.A. (“GEO”) SUPPLIER OF EXPERIENCES FOR MASTERCARD WORLD ELITE, BLACK AND PLATINUM CLIENTS OF ISSUING BANKS IN LATIN AMERICA THROUGH THE SITE WWW.MASTERCARD.EXPERIENCIASGEO.COM

Valid promotion to hire and book the “Mastercard Experience” described in www.mastercard.experienciasgeo.com available only for Mastercard cardholders World Elite, Black and Platinum of their issuing banks in Latin America. The mentioned experiences have specified dates in the details, with a deadline to reserve until one month before the beginning of the same. The purchase of each experience is unalterable and non-transferable. It will be condition to pay the whole experience with a World Elite, Black or Platinum Mastercard credit card of their issuing banks in one payment. Included services are specified in each Experience description/details. The program does not include international air tickets, spa or any other personal extras as phone calls, laundry, and room service not being exclusive of other services. The program is liable to hotel availability, transfers and other services included in each experience. The price is exclusive only for World Elite, Black or Platinum Mastercard customers of their issuing banks per person, standard category. The photos published on the site are for illustrative purposes only and may not correspond to the indicated product. Benefits are not combinable with other current promotions. Once the Experience payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email of your purchase. In addition, a sales representative will contact you to finalize the purchase process, having verified the availability of the services. Names and passengers data will be requested and must be completed at the time of purchase. It’s the cardholders responsibility to consult about visas regime or vaccines required according to the nationality of the passengers and to process them if they are required. The programs will be hired to GEO, address Von Wernicke 3061 1° Floor (B1642GKA) San Isidro, Buenos Aires, Argentina. GEO does not assume any responsibility for any damage generated to the material that the client takes to the selected hotel or any other service that is used. The granting of the products or services acquired in the purchase of the experience is entire and exclusive responsibility of GEO, not Mastercard or issuing banks in any jurisdiction. Mastercard and issuing banks are only sponsors of the experience offered by GEO on this website.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

The customer has the option to cancel only within 72 hours of having purchased an experience. The cancellation must be exclusively in writing, to the email info@experienciasgeo.com. Refunds will be made under the same method as the purchase, with a deduction of 10% for administrative expenses, and a corresponding penalty if applicable.
